Michiel I'm a bit lazy: Is it possible when adding a colourmap layer it will ad automatically an Camera and light layer?
I cant imagine a colourmap layer without these two layers.

Good point. Maybe something similar to the show that is created when you click on the NEW SHOW button: a camera, light and text layer.
