Lightads, there's no ZIP attached to your article. Maybe it was too big. Realize that you do not have to include any of the installer files: we all already have those and BluffTitler has no problem finding them.

I selected a RAR file as I don't use ZIP and it didn't upload.
Sorry about that.
Here's a simple example:
New Project.
Add water layer.
Add picture layer with SpotlightCone effect.
Make FX Beam Radius larger so you can see it.
Use transparency slider then you'll see it

Aha. We'll fix that!
For now, move the DEPTH BIAS slider of the picture layer to the left until it disappears.
