When I use a skybox the picture looks everytime overexposed. I tried all FX settings but I can't get a sharp picture. Has someone a solution?
Maybe your picture is in a HDR format. This can contain colour values higher than 255.
Try setting the COLOUR prop to a lower value. For example to (200, 200, 200).
Or download the tone mapped version if it's available.

I tried the picture and experienced no problems. Maybe deleting the skybox layer and adding a new one with the default settings will solve the issue.
