Michiel is is possible to create deformed dots or zebra stripes or cow dots?
Is it possible to get the effect only on parts of the model and why do the polka dots on't stay on ther place..
I would not use the Polka dots effect, but simply use a texture like this:

Or even more easier, download a ready to use zebra from Sketchfab:
