I need a 3D animated pigeon flying for a project I'm working on. If anyone has any ideas or can help, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

When you clear the texture in the MEDIA > CHANGE TEXTURE... dialog, the dove becomes fully white.
Another option is to extract the texture ( outerspace-software.com... ), edit the texture in a paint app and apply your edited texture to the model in the MEDIA > CHANGE TEXTURE... dialog.
And a third option is to browse Sketchfab (or any other 3D model stock site) for the exact species you are looking for:
