it would take a motion tracker and it could also be done on a video.
I used a transparent plane as Komies taught me to project the shadow
on a photo.

When you use a 360° photo as the background and only rotate the camera (without moving it) you don't need a motion tracker.
The 360° photo can be rendered with the skybox layer:

Yes, I know, I meant on a video.
But I can only export bix and the shadow with a transparent background and do the editing on an external program.
