I have a 40 second BT show and want to add a 4 second outro to end it off.
What is the workflow procedure to remove one of the CAMERAS?
Also, how do I add my 4 second outro BT show to the end?
When you press <CONTROL> M, the selected show is inserted at the active position.
So if you want to add the new show to the end, move the timeline all the way to the right before pressing <CONTROL> M.

The ACTIVE CAMERA property of the camera layer can be used to render only a single camera:

It's technically possible to put everything into one big show, but it's easier to split your video into smaller shows and mix them together in your NLE. Here's how that looks like:
