This octopus is so much fun to look at. I hope you instantly like him.
Maybe we can replace the coloured boxes by letters or short texts. That way it could be turned it into a nice intro!
When this is a free model, can you point us to the download location?

I'm still too green behind my ears regarding GLB in BT to assess the possibility of using the octopus with other elements than those boxes. I've looked into it, but there are no extra submodels. You can access the position via JX properties. As far as this is of any help, I don't know. Maybe you give it a try yourself.

Thanks to your clue I managed to find the juggling octopus model in the Windows 3D Viewer app library.
The coloured boxes are indeed separate nodes, so you can attach other layers to them. This is a new feature not yet implemented in the beta version you are using.
Here's a quick test.
