Here is my two cents for a moving clouds effect. The trick is not using.......................................

Without Using the Skybox Layer you get the ("my precious") Effects slot free to add effects.

- add (sky) picture
- set Style to: Sphere, Skybox, Flat

I used the UVModifier.cfx in the first show with the setting Shear and for the second Show Scale.

Because the effect slot is now fee you could experiment with alot of different effects like Displacement map, Normalmap, Reflectionmap etc.....

Use it, Change it, Learn form it.
