Here's how you can create a silver coin.
The coin is a picture layer with an attached border. The 4 texts are text layers and the logo is a traced bitmap layer.
I have attached them all to the same container layer so I can animate them as one.
They all use the same reflectionmap (ReflectionMap_Silver.jpg) and effect (ReflectionMap_LightenedM.fx).
The blue background is a plasma layer (Radial gradient)


I love the trick to make a real looking coin from a simple layer.
