Michiel is it possible to see the outer appearance of the fonts when you choose the: Change All Fonts option?

Realize that the EDIT > CHANGE ALL FONTS... dialog is only a shortcut for quick editing. For all the font options, including a nice preview, choose MEDIA > CHANGE FONT...
