This show demonstrates the importance of the new NORMALIZE NUMERALS checkbox in the MEDIA > CHANGE FONT... dialog, re-introduced in version 14.1.0.8
When this checkbox is marked, all numerals (0123456789) have the exact same width. This way the numbers don't jump when they are animated with the time and counter tags:
