In this show I have added a VJ oscillator rule to the heart to make it beat. Select layer 4 and choose LAYER > VJ... to see how it works.

Of course it could also be done with keyframes, but I'm a lazy designer ?

I think there are 2 ways to improve the template:
-use a more suitable font
-make the big heart the exact same shape as the particle hearts
