Made this Joker hat or Jester hat with the Arrow Tool and with BluffTitler.
The Arrow Tool needs a lot of post-processing in BluffTitler
These creations of yours are beautiful and imaginative.
If I can afford the only advice: copy the first frame and also paste it as the last frame
this way the animation will be in a continuous loop and you will not see any gaps in the movement.
