Here's a collection of cracker/hacker style decryption templates.

They heavily use the ENCRYPT property of the text layer and exploit the possibilities of the FIXED SPACE style (1st dropdown below the textbox).

This theme asks for effects. I think they can be spiced up with, for example, the Filters\Distortion and Filters\ForceFields effects, both applied to the camera layer. Would love to see your experiments!
