In 1994 we made a helicopter simulation game for the Amiga called COALA:

30 years later, when it comes to computer graphics, we can do pretty much everything we dreamed of. In a nostalgic mood, I started out trying to make a photo realistic version of the helicopter. I soon found out that this would kill all the details I loved: the geometric style, the minimalistic look, the floating blades, the floating wheels,...
Here's a modern GLB version of the COALA helicopter that tries to respect the original design. Of course I couldn't resists to position our alien friend in the cockpit 👽😁😉
The model features 2 animations. Use the ANIMATION prop to select them:

Enjoy flying!
The download now not only contains the model, but also the show file!
Here's the helicopter interacting with a text on Sketchfab.
The exploding text has been created by animating the FRAGMENT EXPLOSION prop. This can't be exported as GLB in the current version, but will be in version 16.6.0.6, planned for launch very soon now!
