To use this effect:
-create a new picture layer by pressing the ADD PICTURE LAYER... button
-load this Pixelizer.fx effect by pressing the CHANGE EFFECT... button (the magic wand)
-play around with the effect properties (the ones that start with "FX")
The differences with the old version are:
-the new version is antialiased
-the new version takes the aspect ratio into account (the pixels are always square)
-the new version features an FX BORDER SIZE property
-the new version features an FX BORDER CONTRAST property
