In contrast to the tech demo ( outerspace-software.com... ), here's a real template. It uses only 2 models, but is much more useful.
It features a medieval knight with a fancy sword, hacking a title.
SWORD
The knight and the sword are 2 separate GLB models. Here's how to place the sword in the hand of the knight:

ANIMATION
The model does not feature a sword hacking animation. It has been made by animating the joints in BluffTitler:

An easy way to find out which props are being animated, is to look for the props with a + sign.
HEAD
To make the knight look like a child (for whom this template has been made), the head has been made slightly bigger by setting the SX HEAD prop to 1.5

FONT
AUDIO
Download media files (2.3 KB)
Note that the download is only 2.3 KB.
This is because it uses media files from the installer, like the skybox and the cube map. And for the other files, links are provided in the description. This way not only the download is small, but also the model, font and audio designers are properly credited and copyright issues are prevented.
